- Users would visit the website through a link in the post, which will route them to freerealestatecrm.com
- Signup button would book them for the webinar
- Automation would also send an API call to BeHuman containing user details to register the participant to the Webinar
- Notifs/reminders for the webinar will be sent via HighLevel
- During Webinar
- Limited-time offers on setup fees/plans will be provided during the webinar, which will change depending on time (eg. signing up during the webinar, days after the webinar, a week before the webinar
- Post-Webinar
- Highlevel automation would send either direct invitations or signup link to the FreeCRM as users
- Email reminders will also be sent post-webinar about the timed promos
