ONBOARDING PROCESS

Checkout

  • Upon checkout, clients will receive their invoice through email 
    • Clients who purchased via website will receive the invoice instantly
    • For clients who availed of the CRM with a special pricing during a demo call, the invoice would be sent manually to their email and they'd have to settle payment through it
  • The email will also instruct them to provide the following information in a form:
    • Company Info (Name, company email, phone number)
    • Branding (logo, colors, etc.)
    • Any custom domains they may have
  • They are also asked to submit a list of their team members information (name, email, phone) for creation of logins

Account Set Up

  • A sub-account is created for the account with the Full DealTrail CRM snapshot applied to it
  • Custom Values are updated with the client's company info
  • Sub-account is whitelabeled with the company's logo and colors
  • A phone number is purchased for them and their company phone number is set as forwarding
  • Automated messaging is checked and updated with client's company information
  • SMS and email templates are checked and updated with client's company information
  • Pre-made forms and surveys are updated with company branding
  • Customize calendars and update them with company info
  • Users and Admins are added to the sub-account

Onboarding

  • Schedule with Extendly is booked for their onboarding call, and training schedule for their team is arranged as well

Training 

  • User-level access would receive the following training:
    • Overview of the User-level CRM
    • Lead and Contact Management
    • Opportunity Management
    • Conversations
    • Calendars and Appointment (setting up availability and two-way syncing)
    • Q&A session
    • Reputation Management
    • Social Media Manager
  • Admin-level access would receive the following training:
    • Detailed tour of the CRM
    • User Roles and Permissions
    • Managing User Accounts
    • Account Security
    • Pipeline and Stage customization
    • Forms and Survey Builder
    • Managing SMS and Email templates
    • Campaign Builder
    • Managing custom fields, custom values and tags

  • All users are guided through the DealTrail CRM help center 
  • Send out a post-training survey to determine training experience
  • All users are also guided on how to use support channels
